Troubleshooting problems

Charger events

First step with troubleshooting the problems is to access charger's events logs to see if there is any suspicious activity.

1. Navigate to the charger you want to investigate and click "Events"

2. Here you can see all the events related to charger and it's communication towards eMabler platform. You can refresh the events by clicking "Refresh"

Common problems

Connection state keeps toggling between Offline and Online

This might be caused by a poor internet connection with the charger. If charger is using for example cellular connection and the connection is poor in the installation area of the charger, charger might be dropping out from the network. This might cause all sort of problems with the charging sessions and how those are reported to eMabler system.

To fix this problem, try to get a more stable connection or prefer wired connections for chargers.
